- Lab collection or processing fee (if applicable)
- Specialty collection fee (DNA, DOT or specialty kit), After hours, weekend and Holidays as requested.

Before your appointment is confirmed, you will received a complete quote outlining all applicable charges. No service will be perform without your written or verbal consent.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing prior to your appointment.

Travel Fees
Mobile service fees vary based on your location within the North Dallas / Frisco service area. Any applicable travel fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking — you will never be charged a travel fee without prior notice and approval.
Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour advance notice is required for all cancellations.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may incur a fee to cover travel and preparation costs.
- Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice is always free of charge.
